a terrific and inexpensive book that hits the major ideas HOWEVER it is now, in 2017, hopelessly out of date. Too bad there isn't a comparably priced book available from this or other publishers

simple, easy to understand and to the point

Great for learning the basics.

I read the book out of curiosity to establish the difference, if any, which might have existed with the content of a text of different origin describing the health care laws in CANADA.which is also bound by the common law, aledgedly the same as the law behind the writings of the book concerned in this review. Given that my expectation and the fact was that there may well be similar legal aplication in US/CAN medical care delivery the book in review does not clearly demonstrate such. I feel that it is a more advance elaboration about the underlying nature of health care ethics than a basic discussion of common law underlying case law description. It is nonetheless a very good book of information with respect to the distribution of health care. It is not a legal text as I had expected to obtain. However, it preciously adds to the knowledge of common law which I acquired in a Canadian University common laws program in OTTAWA CANADA.

Not very helpful or up to date. This book is not relevant in regards to new statues and case law. This may have been a good book a few years ago, however, there are newer editions of the textbook but not the supplement.

This book was so great I bought two! Easy read, shopping lists were very helpful setting up the week, easy to follow meal plans, and simple yet delicious recipes!

This book is awesome! It's the perfect keto resource for beginners. I say that because it takes all the nerdy science that I love and puts it into words that all my friends understand! It breaks all the science down into quick understandable terms, helps you figure out macros, navigate meal planning, and has awesome recipes!! The thing I love most is that it’s realistic. Anyone else get a cookbook and you’re like umm yeah.. no because there’s 10,000 ingredients and takes an hour to prepare. Well this book is created for busy moms and working people. I was sold when one recipe ingredient was a rotisserie chicken.. nailed it! Get your copy on Amazon while it’s still on sale!!

I bought three books on Keto- this one by far has been the most helpful and most resourceful! For me I’m an avid meal prepper and I love that this book helps outline bulk meals, how to prep for the week, and also gives you options for dietary options for recipes! The book comes with three weeks of plans for meals already done for you! Takes the guessing out for beginners!!

I've been very surprised how good some of these recipes are. I was a little worried that they would fall short in the taste department like so many paleo recipes/foods I've tried. I could never stick to the paleo for that reason--everything has no flavor! I've been in the low-carb world for 18 years now and recently decided to switch to Keto to try to break through a weight loss plateau. I can't say I've seen a lot of weight loss yet during the 21 day plan but it could be because I only need to lose 10-12 pounds. Unfortunately I think I fall into the category of metabolic resistance and my thyroid is most likely to blame. So I'm not giving up on this plan yet! Especially since I've really enjoyed everything I've made with these recipes. The weekly prep has helped me tremendously with feeling like I'm ready and eating well every single day. This is by far the most healthy eating I've managed to maintain in months. My only complaint is sometimes I get a little confused on portion management since the recipes only provide a total number of servings. I have trouble trying to figure out how much for each portion since there are no measurements like--"use 1/4 cup of completed recipe per serving." I try to eyeball it, but I don't feel confident that I'm splitting up the servings properly. Overall I'm very happy with this book. I've made 17 different recipes so far and I have enjoyed them all.

This book is AMAZING! You don’t need a shopping list because the recipes are very detailed and thorough so you know EXACTLY what you need ! The recipes look awesome and I LOVE the weekly calendar to hold myself accountable. I look forward to not only completing the 21 day challenge, but continuing al keto lifestyle with these yummy food options.

I’ve been researching the ketogenic diet for some time now and bought a couple other books but this is by far the best, most comprehensive and easily understood book I’ve seen. Much more than a “diet” book, it’s an actual roadmap to a healthy lifestyle with the guidance and tools needed to not only kick start but maintain the program. The recipes, meal plans and shopping lists are easy to follow and meals taste great. Highly recommended.

I bought this incredibly good value book on Kindle format. I absolutely love how easy the recipes are! For newbies to Keto, there is nice, easy to understand, introduction! Great book for any level of Keto eater (beginner to master!)

Love ! Love this book. Not complicated at all and easy for a working mom. The food is easy and hints to meal preps are so helpful. Everything so far to make these recipes are keto staples I've already had on hand which makes every meal cost friendly. I've made more in one week from this book than from any other keto book I have.
