Reading this series always makes me hungry and this book is no different. Ellie seems jittery about her husband going away to a conference for the week, and it's no wonder. She is just a magnet for murder and mayhem. I love the characters and it's nice to see how she is surrounded by good people. The story is well written and interesting. Somehow, her house is tied to another murder in a whole new way and I love this new twist. I often wonder how many more people can die in this small town but with every new book comes another and I absolutely love the direction this book hints at in the end. I am really looking forward to the next chapter in the continuing story.
I just finished book 31 in this series and enjoyed all 31 books.I didn't write a review for each book every one has a 5star rating from me.The characters are interesting and are always falling into murder.I find these cozy mysteries very enjoyable and are well written fun read.
Ellie is home alone for a week since Russell is at a police convention. A large snow storm is predicted for that week in Maine. Ellie's friends come over to watch movies and visit. But, what was it hard loud bang? The power goes out!! Enjoy this episode.
Ellie finds herself alone at home during a storm and finds herself once again involved with murder. Can she be the next victim? Can't wait to see what happens next in the wonderful series by Patti Benning.
Another great book in the series. I thought I had it figured out but was wrong. Love the characters and setting. Writing always makes you feel like you are right there with Ellie.
Do Ellie and Russell have ghosts in their home. With Russell out of town at a police conference, strange things are happening at their house. This is a wonderful mystery.
This amazing installment by Patti Benning in the Papa Pacelli 's Pizzeria series is funny and sad with a touch of the paranormal.
Ellie finds herself alone at home during a storm and involved with a murder. Great story!
